Lunarpages hosting does come with ssh shell connection, they do provide this ssh connection feature on request and at additional cost of $2 per month. Yup, lunarpages ssh shell connection is not free!
If you really require ssh shell access, you have to contact lunarpages support to activate this feature for you. Once its activated, it shall be accessible through your lunarpages cpanel control panel.
