Today i need some helps from lunarpages hosting, and having some difficulties with lunarpages account. I am a bit lost and try to search some answer from lunarpages knowledgebase as well. Once i visiting the lunarpages helpdesk url at https://support.lunarpages.com/ … found out its totally new design and .. i am lost again.
This world is changing fast, and few weeks not visiting the helpdesk, its totally different now. So, i try to figure out how to send a support ticket to lunarpages. And seem like i need to sign up a new helpdesk account to do so. And i am trying hard to create a new account. Bad luck, it keep saying username already taken, email already in database. And who is using all my username and email here? I can’t retrieve my password either.
Bit confused at this point, and what i do next is post a new thread at lunarpages forums, and hopefully some people will give me a helping hands. Likely its a new helpdesk system, and i need to try again other time.
