Lunarpages File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
With Lunarpages hosting plan, with any plan, you can create as many ftp account for your websites. 
There is no limitation to creating ftp account through lunarpages cpanel as well. And through my testing, found out it is simple and easy.
Setup or Add New FTP Account
For setup a new ftp account, simple login to your lunarpages cpanel. Go to FTP manager, and click “FTP Account”. This will bring you to the ftp account maintenance. Here you can add new ftp account or modify existing ftp account. Set the root folder, and assign username password, and you are done.
Setup anonymous FTP account
You can create FTP for anyone to login, and use this for file sharing. You can allow anyone to access to the anonymous ftp folder, also can allow anyone to upload files to this folder. Keep in mind that file uploaded must comply with TOS of lunarpages. Absolutely no copyrighted material redistribution through this features.
