Lunarpages forums site, is an unofficially way to ask for support from lunarpages users and senior users that know almost everything about lunarpages. I notice that lunarpages forum is a fast way to ask for help, and its not the first time i get reply from member, and even from lunarpages staff. Reply within few hours or the same days, I get helps from forum administrator, moderator, and also members of lunarpages forum that is always voluntier to offering helps. This absolutely reflect the satisfaction in customer heart.

I don’t know how, and now, lunarpages forum had become my first place to get help for problem that is outside of lunarpages technical support scope. I found out few members are bring forward website scripting issue, coding bugs, just like problem with blog script, fantastico, shopping cart, ssl certificate, lunarpages affiliate, reseller enquiry, lunarpages upgrade concern, lunarpages server downtime, free coffeecup software etc. I haven’t seen a limit of discussion about lunarpages hosting, good or bad comment is posted and get reply here by forums members.
