My Lunarpages reviews continue… and now, is time to look at lunarpages ecommerce setup options. A quick look at the cpanel, tells me that lunarpages support these shopping carts:
- osCommerce shopping cart
- Cube Cart Shopping cart
- Zen Cart Shopping Cart
Since all those shopping cart are available for quick installation through cpanel, so it will not be any trouble to get started and install it. Basically, what you need prepare is a MySQL database, and then choose the ecommerce script to install. I would choose and prefer oscommerce due to its rich features and security. Through cpanel, the script installer will start, and you just need to enter database name, store name, installation path etc to complete the installation 
Free SSL certificate is included with lunarpages basic hosting plan, and also other higher hosting plan as well. So you no need to worry about SSL. If you are ready to add credit card payment to your online store, then you will need a dedicated IP address to your website, and together with this shared SSL, you can proceed to apply for credit card payment merchant account. Find provider like verisign, 2co, or worldpay. The credit card processing will go through them, and money route to your account each month
