They don't care if your site is down for days even due to their wrong doings. A weeks ago, they did some system upgrade without notifying their clients. And I was surprised to see my site was down. When I contacted them, it took them sometime to response and the next day the site was still down and when I found out my databases were missing. It took them another day to get it back. Now a few days ago, they decide to make another change, and notified clients while the changes is already happening. Then again I found out the database are gone again, they tried to create one with a different database name but empty. FYI. My site is still down for days. DO NOT sign up with them. You'll be sorry.
