Lunarpages is one of the worst webhosting company.
They don’t care if your site is down for days even due to their wrong doings.
A weeks ago, they did some system upgrade without notifying their clients. And I was surprised to see my site was down. When I contacted them, it took them sometime to response and the next day the site was still down and when I found out my databases were missing. It took them another day to get it back.
Now a few days ago, they decide to make another change, and notified clients while the changes is already happening. Then again I found out the database are gone again, they tried to create one with a different database name but empty.
FYI. My site is still down for days.
DO NOT sign up with them. You’ll be sorry.

no doubt lunarpages support is slow, especially when using their email ticketing system. You can use phone call for quickest solution. Sadly they not have live chat support for instant communication.
